Overview

Plumbing & Heating Growth (referred to as “we”) runs a webinar registration page. This page explains what data we collect and how it is used. We only collect what is necessary to manage your registration and to measure the performance of our advertising.

Information you give us

When you register for the webinar, you provide your first name, last name, email address, company name and phone number. We use these details to send your joining information and reminders, and to manage your registration. Your details are only used to manage your webinar registration.

Advertising measurement (Meta)

We use Meta’s advertising measurement (the Meta Pixel and Conversions API) to understand how effective our ads are. When active, it lets Meta know that a visit or a registration came from an ad and may set cookies or use device and browsing data for this purpose.

If you are in a region that requires consent for this kind of tracking (such as the UK), we ask for your choice before it runs. You can accept or reject ad measurement, and change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” control. Rejecting ad measurement does not stop you registering for the webinar; it only stops that measurement.

We determine your broad location from the same-origin server trace to decide whether to show the consent banner. To exercise your choices with Meta directly, you can use the controls in your own Meta and device settings.

Cookies

Where ad measurement is active, cookies or similar technologies may be set by Meta for measurement purposes. Your consent choice is stored locally on this device so it is remembered on your next visit. You can clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data. To do so, contact us using the details provided when you registered.

Changes

We may update this page from time to time. Any material changes will be reflected here.
